The size of the room and bathroom, the cleanliness, and functionality. It's very close to the center, and if you don't find free parking, there's paid parking right next to it. The breakfast is worth the room's value. Very polite staff. Of course, my judgment also depends on the price I paid. The hotel is worth the money I spent.
